- Bazzarchi Website:
Maikiosk website is an e-commerce platform which operated by Gulf Digital Portal and play a major rule between customer and seller to provide best experience for all the time. Our aim is to provide best product with lowest price for citizens, residents and visitors and this case all people are equal for us. It is allowed to business and individuals to sell their product after approval of concern department. Full and detailed rules are explained below based on category.
It is reserved to have a right for us to decline or approve any service or goods from business/individual. Also any changing in terms and agreements.
- Conditions of use:
Anyone is eligible to register and use the website as a buyer or seller. And, show meet all requirements.
Buyer:
1 – Based on law, person must be above 18-year-old to have eligibility for registration.
2 – A valid UAE number and address plus email (temp email not valid) are mandatory for registration because validation will be by a SMS.
Seller:
Because of frauds and complaints which might be raised by customer, more policies and terms are applied on seller.
1 – individual seller must provide ID Card and passport photo also a picture of residency and proof of location and all items must be provided by invoice.
2 – Enterprise seller/Business have to provide TRN code and license in order to finalize registration. Also they can sell anything else except what are mentioned in their license.
- Shipping time frames and terms
Shipping time depends on seller and based on seller time frame can be calculated. But, website is trying to provide same or 1-day delivery in order to make a competitive market between seller and encourage all sellers to make best efforts for customers.
If any seller cannot ship the items on time, a penalty will be applied to seller for making seller responsible for its action.
Shipping fee has three different price:
1 – fixed price which mentioned by seller and not to exceed from 10 AED per product.
2 – free shipping which seller or website handle fee and customer must not pay anything in this case.
3 – international shipping is completely different and be calculated by weight and size.
- Return processing and cancellation policies
Customer can return the good during return windows which different for each product and vendor. Free return is promised by website and seller must follow terms in this case.
Buyer must return the goods in original condition with return label otherwise seller and website has right to reject the return request.
The fee of product will be applied on credit/debit card if customer pay online by payment gateway. Payment by PayPal will be return by PayPal account. And cash of delivery payment will be credit to customer account.
Cancellation is possible before shipping and delivery. If in shipping customer wants to cancel the shipment, the charge of shipment will be applied and deducted from customer payment.
If seller cancel of order because of market fluctuation, a penalty fee will be applied to seller.

Cash on delivery:
Money must be paid to courier before delivery of product and customer does not right to ask and get product before any payment.
PayPal:
One of our gateway is PayPal which is considered for people who use PayPal account based on dollar. Different currency may be subject to exchange charge of currency.
Payment Gateway:
Payment gateway is designed to pay by AED which is our currency localization.
